Rene joined SVFC for the 1986 Panto Dick Whittington and appeared on stage in many principle roles for every production until 2009. She was the principle costume organiser of the May Day Festival from 1991 - 2009. Angie assisted with choreography on some of our earlier pantomimes and more recently has choreographed our pantomimes.

Barbara Bispham

Barbara Bispham

Barbara has been with us over 30 years and is a key figure in the Costume Dept! She did a great job directing our 2016 Pantomime - 'Jack and the Beanstalk'! Her first Principle role was in Jack and the Beanstalk in 1985, before joining the Committee in 1986 as Secretary. Since then she has been Treasurer, Panto Co-ordinator and also our FOH Manager for a few years. Barbara performed in many principle roles before moving onto directing.

This year Jonathan played the Dame again - a role he seems to have become far too comfortable with! Both of Jonathan's children have been involved in the Pantomime, so it is a real family affair!

Carole Jones

Carole Jones

Carole is our Treasurer and runs an efficient operation! She first started helping with the make-up for the Panto in 2004, after her daughter Beth joined the children's chorus. She took over the role of Treasurer in 2008, where she enjoys the funds coming in but not going out!

Sharon Seddon

Sharon Seddon

Sharon joined the Committee in 2012 and soon became involved with her first Shavington Pantomime as a children's Chaperone, which she has continued to do ever since. She assisted Christine with organising entertainment and attractions for the Village Festival and loves being part of the other events organised by the Committee such as the barn dance, and the opportunity to run games stalls at other local events.

Erica is currently our Chair having first joined Shavington pantomime make-up team 24 years ago when her daughter wanted to "tread the boards". Her daughter left after 4 years but Erica is still here, assisting our wonderful make-up team!
